GIFT CARD INSTRUCTIONS
• When purchasing a gift card, a unique code is sent either to the gift card buyer (option ‘Send to: My e-mail) or directly to the gift card recipient (option: ‘Send to: Recipient’s e-mail).
• The gift card code can be entered in the shopping cart when completing the purchase.
• All discounts and offers in the e-shop are valid with the gift card.
• The gift card can only be used when paying for goods in the kenaliving.com e-shop.
• If the cost of the shopping cart is greater than the value of the gift card, the remaining amount can be paid with another payment method.
• The entire value of the gift card does not have to be redeemed with one purchase and the same code can be used until its value is fully used. For example, if the value of one purchase is 39€, but the value of the gift card is 60€, the remaining 21€ can be used with another purchase.
• Multiple gift card codes can also be used in one purchase.
• The value of the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
