What personal data is processed

Personal data is data that can be specifically or indirectly linked to you as a private individual, which Odete Trading OÜ uses and processes to fulfill a contract concluded with an individual or to contact him/her and to fulfill obligations arising from the law.

Personal data that is processed:

• contact information such as phone number and e-mail address;
  
  
• payer and delivery address;
  
  
• bank account number;
  
  
• cost of goods and services and payment-related data (purchase history);
  
  
• customer support data;
  
  
• other information related to customer surveys and/or offers.
  

Purpose of processing personal data

Personal data may be processed in the following cases:

• for the purpose of fulfilling a contract concluded with a customer;
  
  
• for managing customer orders and delivering goods;
  
  
• personal data is processed to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. resolving consumer disputes and accounting);
  
  
• purchase history data (date of purchase, product, quantity, customer details) may be used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services, to recommend (discount) campaigns related to the e-shop, and to analyze customer preferences. If desired, the Customer may remove themselves from the newsletter list;
  
  
• the bank account number is used to return payments to the Customer;
  
  
• personal data such as the Customer's name, e-mail address, telephone number are processed to provide customer support to the Customer and resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services;
  
  
• the e-shop user's IP address or other network identifiers are processed to provide the e-shop as an information society service and to compile web usage statistics. 

Use and storage of collected personal data

By agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Customer gives Odete Trading OÜ consent to the processing of their data. If the processing of personal data is based on the Customer's consent, the Customer has the right to withdraw consent by e-mail by sending a statement to info@odetemanagement.ee. The application or withdrawal of consent does not have retroactive effect.

Odete Trading OÜ keeps the customer's personal data, which has become known to it during the registration and use of the user account, confidential and discloses it to third parties only with the customer's consent, except if the obligation or right to disclose the data arises from legislation or if the data needs to be shared with third parties who provide Odete Trading OÜ with services related to the provision of services to the e-shop customer (e.g. partners whose task is to deliver goods sold in the e-shop, pay for the purchase, provide an installment service, etc.) and who in turn are contractually obliged to keep the shared information confidential. For example, kenaliving.com, as a data processor, submits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.

When requesting to delete the e-shop customer account, personal data will be deleted, unless such data needs to be retained for accounting purposes or to resolve consumer disputes. Changing collected personal data

The customer can view, change and supplement the personal data collected to identify and contact the customer in the “My Account” section of our website.

Direct marketing messages

The e-mail address and phone number may be used to send direct marketing messages. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing messages, they must select the corresponding link in the footer of the e-mail or in the phone message or contact customer support. If desired, the Customer may remove themselves from the newsletter list by sending an application by e-mail to info@odetemanagement.ee.

Security

All personal data of the customer that becomes known during the visit and purchase of the Odete Trading OÜ kenaliving.com e-shop is treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the personal data of the buyer and bank details.

Protection of personal data

The e-shop implements appropriate physical, organisational and IT security measures to protect personal data. Only authorized persons have access to modify and process data.

If the Client suspects that his/her personal data has been processed contrary to what is described in this Privacy Policy or there is a risk that the data has been leaked to third parties, the Client must inform us immediately so that we can keep the potential damage to a minimum.

The Client has the right to demand the termination of the processing of his/her data, information about the use of the data and the transfer of the data to himself/herself or a third party in a commonly used format. In order to prevent misuse of the Client's data and rights, requests are allowed to be submitted only in a form where the applicant's identity is identifiable (digitally signed or personally signed at the representative office). We have the right to respond to such requests within 30 days.

We treat the request to terminate the data processing as a statement to terminate the regular customer agreement.

Dispute resolution

By using our website or creating an account on the website, the customer has read and accepted these principles and terms and conditions. Odete Trading OÜ has the right to change the general terms and conditions of the privacy policy if necessary, informing all regular customers and confirming that the privacy policy is available on our website.

Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support at the e-mail address info@odetemanagement.ee. The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee). Tarbijakaitse komisjon and the ODR platvorm.
