Right to return

The products purchased from the kenaliving.com online store are subject to the guarantees and the procedure for returns provided by the legislation of Estonia.
The goods purchased by the Customer may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify kenaliving.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods by filling out the form found on this page.
  The return application must include the Customer's name, e-mail address, product name and order number.
• The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• The customer bears the costs of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is non-compliance with the order or damage to the product during transport, not the product packaging.
• The Customer will be reimbursed for the returned goods immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application.
• In addition to the cost of the returned goods, the delivery costs of the goods will also be refunded.
